Another way you can show your support for World Malaria Day is by displaying the World Malaria Button in your email signature and asking others to do the same. The more people who do this in the run up to World Malaria Day, the better awareness there will be for this International Day.
Having the World Malaria Day Button in your email signature can link visitors to the site where they too can download the button, whether for their website or for their own signature.
For Outlook Microsoft Office users please follow the 9 steps below to get the button in your email signature:
Go to Tools/Options/Mail format/Signatures. Then
(1) create a new signature or edit your current one;
(2) if you use the current signature, select Edit. If you create a new signature you will be directed to the Edit box;
(3) Click Advanced Edit. A pop up box will be displayed. Click Yes;
(4) a Word looking document will be displayed;
(5) using the Buttons in GIF provided for each button, save the one you want to use on your desktop. Then go to Insert/Add picture/ and insert the button;
(6) Right hand click the button and select Hyperlink (the URL to be used is: http://www.mobilising4malaria.org/get_button.php?lang=en ), then click OK;
(7) Wave mouse on button to check the hyperlink has been added;
(8) Save and close the document;
(9) Go back to your signature box and Click ok until you are back to your main Outlook page.
